Aims and Objectives of the Event
• Encourage sharing and learning from each other’s experiences.
• Provide an opportunity to reflect on post-project plans.
• Highlight the importance of personal learning and connect it with Youthpass and Europass key competencies.
• Allow participants to assess their activities, the support from the host organization, and their own contributions.
• Identify areas for improvement and plan for further development in participants’ roles.
